I have been listening to a pastor and I had some words to help anybody..

Humbling ourselves does not mean feeling sorry for ourselves, to beat up or degrade ourselves or self abuse, but to put all in the hands of God and resist the devil, laying our cares on Him. Give him your cares and he will lift you up! We are no longer civilians, but soldiers...the devil's worst nightmare!
