Anyone want to share about the service at the church you attend? Scripture Lessons and something that stands out in the sermon?

I'll go first.

Scripture Lessons: Genesis 29:1-14

Psalm 95

Romans 5:1-11

John 4:5-42

The pastor elaborated on the scriptures from John 4. This is about the living water Jesus gives to those who believe. It was very encouraging. Is your spirit dry and thirsty? Believe on the Lord Jesus and you will be freed of your eternal thirst and have living water springing up to eternal life!

Last Sunday I heard a sermon on the topic of faith. The points the pastor made were: 1. Faith is a conviction, not a work. 2. Faith is a requirement all can meet, it is not a gift. Grace is a gift. Each of us can choose to believe ot not believe. 3. Faith is all that is required to be saved."
